Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit some more conditioning with strength and mental fortitude dashed in for good measure.  Tabata time.  20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 sets.  It is important that you push yourself to get each rep you can during the 20 seconds.  DON"T LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE TANK.  Go all out.  If the number of reps goes down, that's because you're pushing yourself toward exhaustion and increasing your baseline fitness.

Star Jumps
