Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going old school jamming out a full body training session that incorporates slinging steel with body weight movements in the form of "super sets". Grease those joints and get after it today.

Bent Over Rows / TRX Rows
Kettlebell Pull Overs / Pull-ups (use assisted if you need to do so)
Double Front Squat / Frog hops
Lunges / Split jumps
Bicep curls / Dips
