Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to be training with the Bulgarian Bag. Simple Circuit of timed movements coupled with some sprints, a short distance run or two, and some animal movements. Nice mix to get the blood pumping.. Get ready and get 'er done..
