Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today is EL D's tabata Tuesday.  Tabata training is an all out go for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and then repeat 7 more times for a total of 8 sets.  EL D has chosen some of his favorites for us today.  Make sure max effort on each set.  Hold nothing back.

20 seconds on / 10 seconds off  - 8 rounds

medicine ball slams
push ups
trx knee tucks
box jumps
pull ups / dips
row machine
