Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Kettlebell weight day.  Whatever your kettlebell weighs, that is the number of reps you have to perform for each exercise.  The rub is you have to do that amount of reps for each arm.  For example, if I use a 44lb kettlebell, I have to do 44 reps on EACH arm before I have completed the set. Oh, and there is no switching hands until you have completed your reps for the exercise.

upright row / sumo squat
cleans
1 arm swings
clean and jerk
chest press
