Warmup with joint mobility, foam roller, and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to hit the cards.. EL 52 Card flip.. So make sure you are good and warmed up and get after it..

EL D Card Flip

Hearts = Plate Clean and Press
Diamonds = Full Sit Up
Spades = Plate Jump Squats
Clubs = Seal Push Ups

Joker #1 = 100 mountain climbers
Joker #2 = 100 Sit outs
