12/29/13

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to suspend SEAL Sunday, and hit a Long Cycle Clean and Jerk training session.  Open up those hips and warm up that posterior chain prior to beginning.  2 Rounds : 1 with doubles and 1 with a single.  Get 'er done!!

5 sets of 10 reps LCCJ with double kettlebells
(rest 60-90 seconds in between sets)

2 sets of 25 reps with a single kettlebell (25L/25R No rest)
(Rest 90 seconds in between sets)
