Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a barbell strength circuit with a bit of conditioning.  Its always nice when the weather warms up and we can get outside and enjoy the warmer weather.  Get warmed up and enjoy..


5x5 Barbell cleans / 30 seconds sledge smash
5x5 Barbell press / 30 second partner tire push
5x5 Barbell row / 30 second sled pulls
