Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit the steel.  Short reps long sets.  Simple strength day.  3 movements. Push yourself, but take rest as needed.

10 sets of 3-5 reps

Chain Dips
Chain Pull-ups
Hex Bar Dead Lift
