Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  15 minute go today. Get as many rounds as you can... Strength, endurance, speed.. Stay focused and keep going.

10 kettlebell snatches 5L/5R
10 goblet squats
scdl 
10 sit-ups
50 mountain climbers
