Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement. In keeping with the approaching Christmas holiday as well as being the 3rd night of Hanukkah, I have chosen 3 exercises and we will be doing them 10-1 with no rest.. Training is just the gift that keeps on giving.. So get a good warm up and get going.
