I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas holiday, but now back to work.  Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Quick circuit today.  AMRAP in the 25 minutes.


25 minutes AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

30 body weight cossack squats (15L/15/R)
10 box jumps
10 dips
12 ab wheel
10 medicine ball smashes

Cool down, have a nice day.
