Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement. Today is my mother's birthday. In her honor, we will do 75 snatches with each arm. It is either that, or 75 burpees. Your choice. Or for those who are truly in the spirit, you can do both. I won't stop you. Pace yourself, and get into a groove and you will bang them out. Simple effective workout.
