Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to do some HIIT training using the Tabata protocol.  20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest for 8 sets per exercise.  Really use each 20 seconds to go as hard as you can. The goal is to really impact your anaerobic and aerobic systems most effectively. So don't leave anything in the tank.. Get after it.

8 sets 20 secs on / 10 secs off

Sled push / pull
Doughnut swings
Kettlebell shuffles
Barbell/kettlebell Hang cleans
Body bag snatch
