Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to go back to basics.  Kettlebell 2 minute drills..  This is a great way to hone your technique, build your strength, and gain tremendous endurance.  So chalk up and get after it..

2 minutes work / 45 seconds rest

Swings
Cleans
Press
Thruster
Figure 8 / Push Ups
Snatch

Finisher :

2 minutes of Burpees
