Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to get some conditioning in with some HIIT.  We will utilize ropes, body weight, kettlebells, and Olympic plates throughout the circuit.  Quick moving, very little rest in between sets really simulates "game conditions".  Mental and physical focus.  As always remember form first..
