Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a 5 round kettlebell blast.  This is a really good strength builder.  Make sure that you take some rest after each round, but don't exceed 2 minutes.  We will be hitting the whole body, so make sure that you are using the appropriate weights.  Form over speed is paramount.  Crummy reps = crummy results..  Get after it..



5 Rounds

20 hand to hand swings
10 suitcase lunges 5L/5R
20 SCDL
10 double thrusters
