Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a great strength workout.  I really like the 5x5 superset training session for a full body workout.  I find that the crew can keep up the intensity, and push harder with each set during these training sessions.  Try and increase weight with each set today.  Get after it.

5x5s

Chest press / pop push ups
Barbell row / pull ups
Kettlebell front squat - curls / box jumps

SCDL / chain back extensions
