St. Valentine's Day Body Weight Blast.. Warm up with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Pretty straight forward.  Jail House training.. All body weight today. Today will be one of those sneaky hard crushers..

3-5 rounds

100 Jumping jacks
80 Crunches
60 Squats
40 Push ups
20 Sit outs (10L/10R)
5 Burpees
