Since we are missing some members of the crew today, we will attack SEAL Sunday 200 next week.  Today we are going to push pull carry and run.  So it'll feel like a SEAL Sunday.. ;-).. Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Get that body moving today especially after the extra hour of sleep..
