Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a kettlebell/bodyweight training session.  Take rest as needed in between rounds.  Remember its getting cold outside, don't skimp on your warmup.  Make sure you've got a little sweat going before you hit it.

3 Rounds

10 Burpees
30 Swings (light)
20 Swings (medium)
10 Swings (heavy)
10 Goblet Squats (medium)
10 Clean and Jerks 5L/5R (medium)
