Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a run, bike or row circuit with a twist.  As always, push hard, but focus on form rather than speed.  This combination is a killer and will take it out of you.  Get after it!!

Row or Run 500M
10 Double Kettlebell Thrusters
10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
