Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  25 minute go today. Get as many rounds as you can... Strength, endurance, speed.. Stay focused and keep going.

10 heavy kettlebell snatches 5L/5R
10 medicine ball smashes
5 barbell deadlift
100 jumps with a jump rope
