I hope you are enjoying the President's holiday today if you are in the US.  Still, there is work to do.  Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement. Congrats to all of the FIST wrestlers this weekend who competed in districts and the rec tournament.   Great job.. Strength and conditioning today. Tabata time..

20/10 tabata circuits 8 sets per exercise
rope
liberty bell swings
barbell squats
pull ups and dips
hex bar dead lifts
