Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today, in honor of St Valentine's day, we will do 14 reps of 5 you love (or don't mind) and 5 you hate.. Every relationship has a little love/hate.  It can't always be perfect, and if it is good for you.  So pick 5 exercises you love doing and pick 5 exercises you hate doing.

2-3 rounds

5 Love
14 swings
14 clean and jerk 14L/14R
14 seal push ups
14 cossack squat 14L/14R
14 snatch 14L/14R

Hate
14 burpees
14 kettlebell jump squat
14 russian twist 14L/14R
14 tactical lunge 14L/14R
14 thrusters 14L/14R
