Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a Bulgarian Bag training session.  Short timed intervals to maximize effort and increase conditioning.  Focus on quality reps and not quantity.  Push yourself..

Press
Overhand grip snapdown
Overhand grip upright row
Overhand grip spin
Squat
Full body crunch
Clean and front squat
