Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit the pavement with the Bulgarian Bag.  Simple sequence.  Run with bag on your shoulders, stop exercise, repeat.. This is a great conditioner.  The extra 26 pounds around your neck as you run is just a bonus..

25 Push-ups
25 Squats
25 Press
Run 1/4 mile

100 Spins
5 Rope climbs
