Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Kettlebell strength and conditioning day.  Cotter crusher. 1 minute on / 1 minute off, in a you go I go format.  Try and increase your weight as your sets progress.  This is an incredibly challenging workout.  It attacks you mentally as well as physically.  Get after it today.

1 minute on 1 minute off for 9 rounds of each movement (completion of all 3 movements = 1 round)

double swings
double suitcase lunge
double press
