Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to hit everyone's favorite workout of all time.  The EL D Card flip.  It's really simple, get a deck of cards and pick 4 exercises.  Flip each card and each suit corresponds to an exercise.  Each number corresponds to the amount of reps you must do for said exercise.  Face cards are 10 reps, Aces are 11 reps.  Jokers are 100 reps.  It is a great endurance and mental test.  Enjoy.

Hearts = Sumo squat / Upright Row
Diamonds = SEAL Push ups
Spades = Goblet press
Clubs = Plank jacks

Joker #1 = 100 mountain climbers
Joker #2 = 100 swings
