Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a body weight conditioning blast.  Simple exercises in an AMRAP format.  So really push yourself.  All you need is a pull up bar, dip station, and some space.  Get a good warmup and then hit it..

20 minutes as many rounds as possible

5 pull ups
10 dips
10 sit-outs
10 push ups
5 tuck jumps

Cool down, have a nice day..  El Rey always..
