Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are just going to do a simple circuit.  25 seconds of work 5 seconds to switch spots.  Great high intensity interval training workout.  So set you gym boss and lets go!!

25 seconds work 5 seconds rest
2 sets 5 times around

Rope circles
Swings
Power cleans
Quick feet
Clubbell pull over/squat

Rope waves
Back extensions
Barbell bent over rows
Step ups
High knees
