Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement... Bulgarian Body Bag day.. Plus other stuff...  I am liking that it is warming up.. Outside workouts are on the way.

Each set is a 5 minute go. Each exercise is done 14 times. Amrap with the 5 minutes. 30/45 seconds rest in between sets.

Set 1
Good mornings
Seal push ups (hands on the bag)
Axe choppers

Set 2
Burpees
Curls
Press

Set 3
Reverse curl
Spins

Upright row

Set 4
Snap downs
Ice skaters
Floor wipers

Set 5
Mystery set???
