Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Strongman type work out today.  We will be using the tire, rope, & sledge hammer among other things.  So get good an warmed up and have fun..

25 minutes amrap

5 Tire Flips
20 sledge smashes 10L/10R
10 yd Frog Hop
5 Pull ups
20 Rope waves
