Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to do kettlebell/bodybag combos.  This is a fun one if you have a partner, but solo is fine too.. Basically, it is a mirror drill.  You will do similar movements for time with different implements.

30 second intervals

4 sets = 24 minutes 1 minute rest in between sets

BBB donut swing / kettlebell figure 8
BBB snap down / snatch L
BBB snap down / snatch R
BBB good morning / one legged dead lift L
BBB good morning / one legged dead lift R
BBB burpee / hand to hand swing
