Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today is a 1 minute on 1 minute off workout.  Pick 4 or 5 exercises and work for a minute, then rest for a minute, then onto the next exercise.  Excellent cardio and endurance go today.

5 rounds
1 minute on
1 minute off

Burpees
Double long cycle clean and jerk
Pull ups (use assistance bands if needed)
Tire flips and jumps
Sled push and pull
