4/9/12

Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Enjoyed/needed a good rest day yesterday.  Did not eat well, so back to work today.  Good mix of kettlebell and body weight exercises.

Each set is 30 seconds on 10 seconds off

Rest 1 minute in between rounds

5 rounds

tire flips
quick feet on tire
kettlebell swings 
double kettlebell presses
pull ups
dips
sledge smashes
abs
jump rope
