Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement. Today is a good mix of power, strength and conditioning.
Use a 2-4-6-8 rep range and use 3 exercises.  Our 3 will be double long cycle clean and press, single kettlebell jump squat, and burpees.  Do the full set straight through until you do your 8th jump squat, and then as a finale bang out 10 burpees.  Rest and then repeat 3-5 times.

3-5 sets
Rest 2-3 minutes in between sets

2-4-6-8
Long Cycle Clean and Jerk
Kettlebell Jump Squat

10 Burpees
