Today we are going to sling some steel on the old school barbell style.  Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Focus on explosive hip drive and consistency with form.  Also, you can't put it down until you complete your reps.. Great posterior chain work today so make sure those hammies and low back are ready to go..

20 barbell hang cleans
5 pull ups
5 chin ups
15 push ups
25 yd sprint
