Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to go through a simple circuit.  30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.  Move from station to station and push hard for each interval to maximize your training.  During these HIIT workouts, you have to push yourself, only you know if you are giving 100%.  Really give it all you've got.

30 seconds on / 10 seconds off

Ropes
Medicine ball slams
Double dead cleans and front squat
Ab wheel
See saw press
Ring rows
