After yesterday's snatch session and farmer's carry session, body weight day.  Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Simple pyramid like last week. 1-10 rest and then 10-1.

 5 rounds w/ as little rest as possible

jump pull ups
seal push ups
dips
split jumps
tire flips
