Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Work the hips and lower back, we did a lot of posterior chain work yesterday.  TRX today.  If you don't have a TRX system, you can use rings, ropes, a swing on a swing set, be creative...

20 pistols 10L/10R
10 curls/tricep extension
10 rows
10 split jumps
10 knee tucks
10 push ups
