Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Long cycle clean and jerks today on the first snow of 2012.  The best bang for your buck 10 minutes you can get is the long cycle.  It is a full body exercise that utilizes from your toes to the top of your head..

10 minutes alternating arms after each minute

Long cycle clean and jerk

6 minutes double rack holds/planks

74 body weight squats

5 minute abs
